Maiko Kyogoku, owner of New York restaurant Bessou, joins TODAY in the square to share a variety of delicious Japanese dishes. Kyogoku says pickled foods are common in Japan and shows how she uses radishes and other vegetables and spices in her meals. She also does grilled romaine with crispy sesame dressing and crispy ikura salmon rice.
